We had been looking in South Lake Tahoe for a second home for about two years and had made four offers on various properties with other agents but always came out on the short end. I started to blame our agents for the lack of knowledge. One day I just happen to see a listing that Ginger had so I called her and we got to talking about what we were looking for and she indicated that she had a place in mind so we shot up the hill to take a look and what a find. Ginger’s knowledge of the area and understanding what we were looking for and matching that to what she showed us not to mention her honesty and loyalty to her clients. I would highly recommend her and by far this was the most enjoyable home buying experience we had ever gone through. The two years prior was a horrible experience. We closed in 30 days and she even had the snow on the driveway plowed for us when we arrived at the home to pick up the keys. She is amazing and we have referred other people to her who were looking in the area.
